Stress Relief.
There are amazing things that help me relieve stress.
1. Running/Exercising - releasing endorphin into my system. Every time i'm upset or stressed about something, there is something about running that relieves the anger built inside of me. When i slow down in a run because i don't have enough breath/stamina left inside me, i fuel myself with unhappy thoughts and run as fast as i can, until i discover the next loop of stamina emptiness. I love seeing the outcome of my running/exercising. The best stress relief anyone can ever have.
2.Eating ice cream - it isn't exactly the best stress reliever. But i love the sweetness that meets your tastebuds, as the creaminess dwells on your tongue. It makes me imagine the bitterness of life that becomes sugarcoated temporarily, shielding any unhappy or negative thoughts out.
3. Listening to music with meaningful/sentimental lyrics.
I'm sure there are more stress relievers, but these are probably the top three. :)
