time for acknowledgement, family
today i went to breakfast with mr K for our 11 months! It was a nice and simple breakfast at North Strathfield's obriens. This was our second time here for brekkie, and we absolutely loveeeeee their sandwiches! so delicious!!! hehe i wanna try their wrappos next time!
We sat by a table close to the glass walls, and had some pretty interesting conversations. As naive as it sounds, we talked about our future. It wasn't a deep talk, but just a light conversation, talking about future houses, and where our ideal places to live in would be. Inside, i was quite touched? haha as cheesy as it sounds, but it sounds like things fit, and i would want such dreams to happen with mr K.K.K haha... i sound really childish, but whatever, thats how i feel, and i'm going to embrace it! We talked about retirement, and how i'd be going to the gym and then chilling at Obriens with newspaper and coffee every morning, and he mentioned how he was just going to be lazy and sleep. such a gumnut! hehe.. but yeah! no presents this month! :( hehe stupid tightarse! :P
hmm, tonight was also the night where chinese people celebrate CNY! :) (As well as tomorrow, i think), but it was a lovely dinner shared with the adults that i grew up around, such as my mother, father, my closest uncle and auntie! They're my absolute favourite Uncle and Auntie probably because of my cousin, Andy and how we sorta grew up together. I love their simplicity in life, and dinner isn't really about eating amazing food, but more of a way to be able to sit down together around a table, chatting about the tvb stars on the screen, laughing at the lame jokes, pointing at the bugs that keep crawling into their houses, and my amazing auntie who is always keen on supplying me some alcohol.
I feel blessed today.. for such an amazing family... despite the fights that occur often, it is definitely one that i believe God has blessed me with :)
